1.1 Anyspacedirect.co.uk Limited (“Anyspacedirect”, “We” or “Us”) owns and/or controls the Anyspacedirect website at www.anyspacedirect.co.uk and any related Anyspacedirect domains (including, without limitation, www.londonenterprise.co.uk) (together, the “Site”). “You” are a visitor to or a registered user (“Registered User”) of the Site.
1.4 Whenever you are asked to input personal information on the Site, you will be provided with a tick box which will allow you to specify your consent (or otherwise) to our use of that information.
2 REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION COLLECTION
2.1 You must be 18 or over to register for the Site.
2.2 In order to view any further detail on new business space, property or land (“Business Unit(s)”) through an advertiser or any third party (“Advertiser”) (beyond what is available on the Site) you will need to be a Registered User. If you are not a Registered User you will be prompted to become a Registered User upon enquiring about a Business Unit. 2.3 We may ask you for information if you report a problem with the Site.
2.4 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
2.5 We do not collect any Personal Data related to any transactions (i.e. credit card number, address) where you choose to purchase goods or services by clicking on a third party link on the Site.
2.6 We may collect details of your visits to the Site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, other communication data, and the resources that you access.

4.1 When you enquire about a Business Unit using the Site, the Personal Data you submitted when registering will be sent to the relevant Advertiser and to us.
4.2 Non-personally identifiable information may be shared with third parties to help us improve our service and the user experience or for other purposes, such as providing more relevant services and advertisements to users.
4.3 Your Personal Data will be used by us: (i) to contact you and send notifications or information related to our service; (ii) for security reasons so that we can verify that you are who you say you are; and (iii) in connection with certain Anyspacedirect marketing initiatives at present or in the future in accordance with section 5 below.
4.5 We will disclose users’ Personal Data if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority, to protect our rights and property or the general public. We may also co-operate with law enforcement agencies and, where required, may disclose users’ Personal Data.
4.6 We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties if: (i) we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your Personal Data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; or (ii) our assets, or substantially all of our assets, are acquired by a third party, in which case Personal Data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets.
