SMEs expecting increase in North West commercial property values

13th January 2012
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the North West of England are expecting the value of their commercial properties to rise in 2012, according to a new report.

The figures come direct from recent research carried out by Lloyds TSB Commercial, called Property Matters, which evaluated confidence and investment levels for commercial property across the UK.

Although North West-based SMEs indicated minimal positive confidence in the wider UK commercial property market and their own sector, investment in North West property portfolios is set to increase by +5.92 per cent, in line with the national increase of +5.99 per cent.
