Commercial property growth in the North West stalls in Q3 2011

Growth in the North West’s commercial property market faltered throughout the third quarter of the year as property demand declined for the first time in nine months, according to a new report by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The latest commercial market survey from the RICS reveals that tenant demand across the North West moved into negative territory for the first time in 2011.

Unsurprisingly, with falling demand, available commercial property to rent in the North West continued to rise with 32 percent more surveyors reporting an increase over the last quarter.
