London’s commercial property provides access to a 'world-class city'

Businesses that decide to rent commercial property in the heart of London are being attracted to the "world-class" facilities and connections on offer, according to Richard Kauntze, chief executive of the British Council for Offices.

Kauntze belives there are only two cities on the globe that fit into this category for businesses – London and New York.

He added: "So in terms of certain international companies and players, London will be one of a very short list of possible options. There simply aren’t many competitors, in terms of international status."

The expert revealed that smaller “less significant” firms, as well as international corporations, are deeming the City the only place to be to locate their business.
