At Unit 21 we provide  incubator / desk space a cost effective alternative to conventional office space .The service has dedicated secretarial,business,telecom and IT support services included too reduce operation costs and increase work efficiency for our clients.This space is ideal for start ups, charities/non profits,social enterprises and small and medium size enterprises.

The basic monthly rental cost for one of our desk spaces is £175 and this includes all of the following:

• Personalized telephone answering service
• Utility bills
• Rates
• Office maintenance
• Tea and coffee
• Free desktop broadband internet(subject to availability)
• incoming mail delivery
• Email alerts service
• Business mailing address
• Telephone
• Use of our office equipment

Each client will be given an office access card which allows anyone of upto four nominated group/staff members use of desk space and facilities.Each desk is equipped with a swivel chair,lockable filling cabinet,desk pad,letter tray,pen holder and telephone.(All telephone calls incoming&outgoing pass through our switchboard)calls are charged at BT standard business rate.A projector and laptop are also available for hire for presentations/training /seminars etc..
