1.1 Limited (“Anyspacedirect”, “We” or “Us”) owns and/or controls the Anyspacedirect website at and any related Anyspacedirect domains (including, without limitation, (together, the “Site”). “You” are a visitor to or a registered user (“Registered User”) of the Site.

2.1 You must be 18 or over to register for the Site.

2.2 In order to view any further detail on new business space, property or land (“Business Unit(s)”) through an advertiser or any third party (“Advertiser”) (beyond what is available on the Site) you will need to be a Registered User. If you are not a Registered User you will be prompted to become a Registered User upon enquiring about a Business Unit. 2.3 We may ask you for information if you report a problem with the Site.

2.4 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

2.5 We do not collect any Personal Data related to any transactions (i.e. credit card number, address) where you choose to purchase goods or services by clicking on a third party link on the Site.

2.6 We may collect details of your visits to the Site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, other communication data, and the resources that you access.

2.7 We may collect information about your computer, including (where available) your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

3.1 The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). 3.2 All information you provide to us is stored on our servers or the servers of an Advertiser or other third party, in which case you consent (as set out above) to the transfer, storing or processing of such data by third parties which may be situated outside the EEA.

3.3 Where you have chosen a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

3.4 The transmission of information via the Internet is never completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data and use industry standard procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site. Any transmission of your Personal Data is at your own risk and you acknowledge that there are circumstances in which your Personal Data may be accessed by unauthorised persons.


4.1 When you enquire about a Business Unit using the Site, the Personal Data you submitted when registering will be sent to the relevant Advertiser and to us.

4.2 Non-personally identifiable information may be shared with third parties to help us improve our service and the user experience or for other purposes, such as providing more relevant services and advertisements to users.

4.3 Your Personal Data will be used by us: (i) to contact you and send notifications or information related to our service; (ii) for security reasons so that we can verify that you are who you say you are; and (iii) in connection with certain Anyspacedirect marketing initiatives at present or in the future in accordance with section 5 below.

4.4 Subject to the terms of this privacy policy, Personal Data will not be transferred or displayed by us to any third party, except where you have submitted your Personal Data to Advertisers on the Site in connection with viewing Business Units. Those Advertisers will use your Personal Data for the purposes of marketing and/or renting the Business Units and in accordance with their privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of any other websites, even if you access them using links from this Site or if you can access this Site or use our services from their websites. We recommend that you check the privacy policies of each site that you visit before you submit any Personal Data to these websites.

4.5 We will disclose users’ Personal Data if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority, to protect our rights and property or the general public. We may also co-operate with law enforcement agencies and, where required, may disclose users’ Personal Data.

4.6 We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties if: (i) we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your Personal Data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; or (ii) our assets, or substantially all of our assets, are acquired by a third party, in which case Personal Data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets.

GLA's London New Enterprise site, a new website powered by

The GLA's London New Enterprise website is the place to find guidance, as well as business space on terms specifically for new enterprise in London. In the site you will be able to list units on favourable terms for new enterprise such as stepped rents, short term lets, pop up shops, units with zero deposit and space for social enterprises and charities. The site is supported by the Mayor of London, the British Property Federation and Workspace Group.

If you have a unit to let (it could be a shop, office, light industrial, studio or workshop) on terms which would be beneficial for a start up company please fill in the registration form on the left. Once registered, you will be able to login and post your unit(s). Your unit(s) will be reviewed before being published to ensure the proposition is specifically suited to new enterprises in London.
