A development creating 17 units totaling 1540 sq m (16,575 sq ft) providing 5 offices, with a meeting room provision was completed in November 2003. Sizes range from 28 sm to 65 sq m (300 sq ft to 575 sq ft). 12 workshops ranging from 65 sq m to 186 sq m (700 sq ft to 2000 sq ft).

A further new build centre comprising six offices ranging from 23 sq m to 56 sq m (250 to 600 sq ft) and seven workshops ranging from 93 sq m to 186 sq m (1,000 to 2,000 sq ft).
