Federation Road Trading Estate is situated approximately half a mile north of Burslem Town Centre. Burslem is one of the six towns which make up the Stoke-on-Trent conurbation. There is good access from Federation Road via the A50 and B5999 to the A500, an urban expressway through the heart of the Stoke-on-Trent conurbation linking junctions 15 and 16 of the M6 Motorway. The A500 is approximately one and a half miles south west from the premises. There is also good access to all the Stoke-on-Trent towns and in particular Stoke-on-Trent City Centre (Hanley) to the south and Tunstall Town Centre to the north.
