The Sirius Business Park Düsseldorf-Süd is located in Holthausen, one of the most southerly parts of the state capital. Not far from the Rhine, Holthausen plays a very important role for the Düsseldorf area because its second most important transhipment terminal of raw materials and finished goods is located here. It’s no accident that Henkel has had its company headquarters and production here for over 100 years.
The transport connections from our Sirius Business Park Düsseldorf-Süd are almost perfect. In only 5 minutes you are on the A59, from where you can head to the cities of Cologne, Leverkusen, Langenfeld a short distance away, and to the wider area of the Ruhr District.
You can reach Düsseldorf Airport in about 20 minutes via the B8.
There are also excellent links to public transport. The number 724 bus stops directly at the site or you can use the tram line 701 which stops about a five minute walk away.
