The Neustädter Höfe business park is very conveniently located. Lübecker Strasse leads straight to the town centre, which is only five minutes drive away, and the area consists mainly of shops and apartments.
The Magdeburger Ring, which goes past the Neustädter Höfe, provides quick access to the motorway. Leave the A2 at the Magdeburg Zentrum exit, follow the B189 towards the town centre, and then turn left into Ebendorfer Chaussee and right into Lübecker Strasse and the business park.
The business park also has very good public transport connections. The number 10 tram takes a few minutes from the town centre, and stops outside the entrance. The main train station is only 10 minutes away, and Magdeburg airport, which has flights to Frankfurt and Munich, is 30 minutes drive.
