Space location and map
The Woltmershausen district is a lively mix of homes, shops and small businesses. The business park is located on the central market square, two kilometres from Bremen city centre and one kilometre from Bremen Neustadt station.
GETTING THERE: The business park is very easy to access by car. Leave the A27 autobahn at the Bremen-Überseestadt exit and continue along the B6, the city’s main north-south road, to Simon-Bolivar-Strasse, which after a few minutes turns into Dötlinger Strasse.
If you’re coming from the South, leave the A1 autobahn at the Bremen Arsten exit and follow the exit road along Neuenlander Strasse to Senator-Apelt-Strasse. Turn into Hempenweg, and then turn left into Dötlinger Strasse.
A number of bus routes stop right outside the door, including the no. 24 from the main station. Bremen airport is less than 10 minutes’ drive from the business park.
