The Innovation Centre provides high quality office and workshop space at affordable prices. We offer a range of units from 150 - 600 sq ft (15 - 57 sq m), some with stunning views, and all with access to the latest in telephony and internet.
The Centre has on-site parking facilities, meeting rooms, shared reception and an attractive break-out area near reception with comfortable seating and vending, providing space in which to relax.
The units are all let on simple 6 month licences with easy in/easy out terms (only a month’s notice is required). Included in the licence fee are:

All the units are finished to a high standard and the whole building is fully DDA compliant with lift access available to all floors. Main reception is open Monday to Friday 9 - 5; however clients get their own keys and have access 24/7.
