The Queen Mary BioEnterprises Innovation Centre (ref: QMB)

The Queen Mary BioEnterprises (QMB) Innovation Centre has 39,000 square feet of modern commercial laboratory and open plan write-up space. It is situated on the research campus of Bart’s and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, providing tenants with a wealth of local advice and expertise. QMB is the largest purpose-built space in London for young science and technology companies, and the only centre to offer both early incubation space and follow-on growth space.

Accommodation is available in suite sizes from 570 square feet, with competitively-priced leases to other London-based offerings.
