The Wrexham Industrial Estate was established by The Welsh Development agency in 1946 and lies approximately 2 miles east of the town centre. The estate is the largest in North Wales and extends to approximately 1,000 acres housing over 150 companies.

The second largest Industrial Estate in Europe.

The estate comprises of light industrial and warehouse units, including an area known as the Bridgeway Centre, which provides 25 older light industrial, office and retail units.
