Nine Mile Point Industrial Estate is on the edge of the town of Cwmfelinfach. Cwmfelinfach is approximately 3.5 miles (5.6 km) to the east of Risca town centre and 10 miles (16 km) north west of Newport. The units make up the majority of the south west area of the industrial estate and are accessed from the A4048 by a number of estate roads.
The estate was developed in the 1970s by the Welsh Development Agency. The premises comprises a warehouse/production area, together with ancillary office accommodation and a service yard/car parking.
