The Enterprise Centre (ref: PB)

The Enterprise Centre is a purpose built modern two storey building located in an easily accessible, quiet area that backs onto woodland. It provides a variety of accommodation including 25 light industrial units/workshops and 30 air conditioned offices. The workshops range in size from 366 ft² or 34 m² (the approximate size of a double household garage) to 1031 ft² or 96 m². They are centrally heated and have their own entrance. The offices at the site are on the first floor and vary from 200 ft² or 19 m2 which will accommodate 2-3 people to 800 ft² or 74 m2 which can accommodate at least 12 people.
